JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, well-organized Receptionist with Sales Knowledge to join our team at our Njiro, Arusha branch. The ideal candidate will welcome customers, manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, assist with sales, and be confident using computers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers visiting our showroom.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.
• Provide information on our products – Tiles, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Paints, Wrought Iron, Marble, Quartz & more.
• Support the sales team with basic sales tasks and quotations.
• Communicate with our branches regarding stock, orders, and deliveries.
• Handle daily administrative duties such as delivery notes, invoices, and record keeping.
• Use computer systems (Microsoft Office, Emails, POS) confidently.

Key Requirements:
• Experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or sales assistant is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English and Swahili language skills.
• Knowledge of sales and product understanding is a plus.
• Computer literate – comfortable with emails, Microsoft Office, and basic systems.
• Organized, presentable, and proactive.
