JOB DETAILS:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Growth of retail account numbers at branch level
• Growth of Personal Loans Schemes and Assets
• Deposits Mobilizations activities at branch level
• Submission of weekly call reports on retail sales to Branch Manager.
• Preparation and submission of weekly sales tracker for branch retail sales

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: NOT MORE THAN 5 OF THE MOST TYPICAL
• Recruitment of new customers
• Ensuring the new accounts sourced adhere to KYC and AML guidelines
• Monitoring of Personal loans schemes PAR at branch level.
• Maintain and manage retail client relationship to cross sale and up-sale bank products and services

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Academic & Professional
• Particulars Detail Specific Field or Qualitifaction Need Type [1]
• Education Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s degree from any recognized institution RQ
• Professional Qualifications AKIB, CPA (K), ACCA DE
• Masters Degree Business Related AA
