Part 1: Invitation of Proposals for Provision of property for CCTTFA Offices.
1. The Central Corridor Transit Transport Facilitation Agency (CCTTFA), is a Multilateral Organization established in 2006 by member countries of Tanzania, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda and Democratic Republic of Congo to ensure the development of effective monitoring and compliance mechanisms for the central corridor routes linking Dar es Salaam port with member countries. Central Corridor Transit Transport Facilitation Agency (Client) has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of property for construction of CCTTFA offices in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

7. The Proposals will be opened at 12.00 pm on 18th May 2023 in presence of the bidders’ representatives who will choose to attend. Late proposals shall be rejected.
8. There will be a post-proposal site visit for the shortlisted proposals
PART 2: PROPOSAL PROCEDURES
Section 1: Instructions to Bidders
Preparation of Proposals: You are requested to submit both the technical and financial proposals in one document, as detailed below. The standard forms in this RFP may be retyped for completion but the Consultant is responsible for their accurate reproduction.
You are advised to carefully read the complete Request for Proposals document before preparing your proposal.
Preparation of Technical Proposals: Technical proposals should contain the following
Brief information and documentation whenever possible of the proposed property to be acquired by CCTTFA:
1. Location (Most preferable areas are Masaki, Oyster-bay, Ada estate and other areas where international organizations have offices)
2. Property/Premise size (The minimum preferable is 2,500 sqm)
3. Property/facility status and condition (The property can be a bare land for construction of a new building, a complete Building/facility ready to be used or a Building/facility to be renovated or to be demolished).
4. Brief information on the ownership of the property and possible supporting documentation.
Preparation of Financial Proposals: Financial proposals should contain the following documents and information;
1. The proposed selling price for the property in Tz Shillings
2. The proposed payment modality and time frame.
Validity of Proposals: Proposals must remain valid until 90 working days after bid
submission date.
Sealing and marking of Proposals: Both the technical and financial proposals should be in one document, clearly marked with ‘PROPOSAL FOR PROVISION OF PREMISES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CCTTFA OFICCES’ and the Provider’s name, telephone and email.
