JOB DETAILS:
Buckreef Gold Company Ltd "BGCL"), a JV agreement company between State Mining Corporation (STAMICO) and Tanzam2000 Ltd, a 100% owned subsidiary of Tanzanian Gold Corporation (TSX:TNXXNYSE MKT:TRX). The company calls for submissions of Expressions of Interest from eligible companies to carry out a feasibility level Geotechnical investigation for open pit designs. The outcome of the investigation should be able to establish pit slope angles, Geometry of in pit ramps and overall pit walls stability monitoring protocol.

The EOI call aims at prequalifying or shortlisting capable Consultant and does not con- stitute an invitation to tender.

Interested parties shall submit their expression of Interest ("EOI") with supportive documents.

The evaluation of the prospective bidders will be done based on the following minimum criteria: -
a. Expertise of the company team in undertaking similar projects
b. Experience of the company in Geotechnical investigation in mining projects. c) Eligibility of the company
c. Permit and Certifications-Prospective consultant to provide details and evidence of permit and registration issued by the relevant Government Authorities and any other statutory bodies
d. Local Content-Prospective Bidders to demonstrate their compliance with the requirements as set out in the Tanzania Mining (Local Content) Regulations, 2018, as amended by having Local Content Plan.

The scope of work includes programs outlined below
1. Review relevant data, and past geotechnical work completed.
2. Plan geotechnical drilling program
3. Supervision of drilling program to ensure quality core
4. Geotechnical and geological core logging
5. Geomechanical laboratory work.
6. Interpretation of results
7. Pit slope Angle determination
8. Establish overall pit walls stability monitoring protocol
