Job Details
• Preparing of itineraries and cost, deals with all enquries from the biggining until confirmed or lost as well as once clients arrived deals with briefing and debriefings.
• Ensuring up keeping and daily updating of all the relevant information i.e. client’s allergies, picking time and landing off to the airport also dealing with last minutes changes.
• Keeping management informed by submitting weekly work plans, sending weekly sells report and monthly.
• Doing sales reseach through our competitors and use the data to improve our safari sales.
• Representing the Company in various Safaris and tour exhibition and participating in safaries related events with the aim of maintaining our brand.
• Performing other duties as it will be assigned by the management.
