CATS Tanzania is the leading provider of Enterprise grade software in Tanzania. The Director – Enterprise Software Sale will be responsible for customer interfacing and relationship building with C-Level contacts, crafting the proposal, pricing and ultimately the successful negotiations and deal completion with the customer. In short, you will own the opportunity from inception to deal close.

JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities

• Devise and own the go-to-market strategy and sales plan

• Ability to develop executive level relationships and lead strategic initiatives with customer, and present CATS Tanzania’s value proposition to C-level executives

• Ability to get in the door and navigate to decision makers

• Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales

• Accurate and predictable forecasting

• Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence Minimum Requirements

• You are competitive and love to win

• You value teamwork but have a proven capability spearheading the growth of new businesses within the region

• You have a track record of thriving in a self-starting environment leveraging your drive, creativity, and intellect

• You can demonstrate a successful history of net-new direct business sales, with consistent delivery against targets

• You can demonstrate the strongest network of C-level contacts within the region across key verticals such as Retail, Manufacturing and Banking

• You bring years of quota carrying software or technology solution sales and account management experience with strongest record of achievement versus target.

• You have excellent verbal and written skills with outstanding organization and time- management skills

• BA/BS degree from leading university and at least 5 years’ relevant work experience. Responsible for customer interfacing and relationship building, crafting the proposal, pricing and ultimately the successful deal completion
