JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Determine, control and disseminate sales targets to the team members
• Determine price schedules and discount rates
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
• Recruit and terminate all types of sales agents as per policy
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales, marketing and promotion of products.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Oversee regional and local sales agents’ business progress.
• Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
• Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record-keeping, and in receiving and shipping operations.
• Represent company at trade association meetings after supervisor consent.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
 Possess a minimum academic requirement of a marketing/sales diploma or any other related diploma from a reputable institution.
 A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales in fast moving industry or related.
 Possess leadership skills
 Ability to influence sales
 Ability to meet targets
