JOB DETAILS:
LOCATION: KARATU -ARUSHA.
POSITION: SALES PERSON-CURIO SHOP (1 POST).
REPORTING TO: OPERATION MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities
• Welcoming and greet customers as they enter the curio shop and offer assistance.
• Listen to customer needs and preferences, providing appropriate product suggestions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including arranging items and displays.
• Assist in stock taking.
• Develop and oversee the execution of sales strategies

Education and Qualification.
• Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of Sales Experience.
• Must be computer literate
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales.
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Swahili.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Associate Degree
