Grace Schools is seeking professional, hard-working and qualified Sales and Marketing Professional. The School demands independence, integrity, objectivity, competence and due care from all of its personnel in the conduct of its engagements. Policies and procedures have been established providing assurance that professional engagements are properly planned and executed.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive customer
• acquisition and retention.
• Identify and target key market segments to maximize business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the heads of department team to create compelling content and promotional
• materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify new business
• opportunities.
• Represent Grace Schools at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Organisation requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the Education industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

• Diploma or above in Sales and Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
