As a Sales and Reservation Officer, you will be key in promoting our exceptional safari
experiences and expanding our customer base. If you’re ready to make a difference in the travel

Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive customer
acquisition and retention.
● Identify and target key market segments to maximize business opportunities.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional
materials.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and partners.
● Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify new business
opportunities.
● Represent Fastlink Safaris at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
● Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:
● Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality
industry.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
● Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Flexibility to travel as required.
● Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
