JOB DETAILS:
JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek a dedicated and vigilant Security Candidate to join our team at King Casino. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and a commitment to ensuring a safe environment for our clients and their customers or residents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
2. Patrol Casino premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
3. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
4. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent the passage of prohibited persons and items into restricted areas.
5. Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property.
6. Respond to emergencies, such as medical issues, fire, and security threats, and contact emergency responders when necessary.
7. Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, employees, and visitors.
8. Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
9. Conduct regular security checks and inspections according to established schedules.
10. Assist in crowd control during events and manage access to restricted areas.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven work experience in Security or relevant position is an added advantage
3. Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
4. Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
5. Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
6. Physical stamina, good health and strength.
7. -Ability to communicate in both SWAHILI & ENGLISH

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. Security Guard certification/ JKT Training
2. First Aid and CPR certification.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
