Duty & responsibility
• To conduct Fundi Seminar Training
• Solving usually problems & challenges, to address fundi issues to the company
• Provide tiles knowledge to Fundi

Requirement
• Fresh Graduate or two years ago graduate from recognized university
• Excellent communication skills both English and Swahili
• Strong social skills and on-the-spot adaptability
• Computer knowledge
• Humorous and outgoing, able to host large meetings
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Positive minded and ability to innovate new ideas.
• Teaching skills will add extra advantage
• Accept regular business trips and product knowledge training in the factory
