JOB DETAILS:
2. Job Purpose
In charge of back-office work/analytics/system/accounting of all new biz trials. etc…

3. Main Responsibilities of the Job
A). Managerial Responsibilities
• Manage back-office operations, including analytics, systems, and accounting for new business initiatives.
• Connect and manage spreadsheets, prepare comprehensive reports, and perform data analysis.
• Detect, analyse and prevent fraud.
• Process procurement requests efficiently.

B). Functional responsibilities
• Creating detailed business analysis outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.
• Business forecasting, planning and monitoring
• Working with the Business Development and project Manager to implement and execute different projects.
• Writing reports and making presentations
• Traveling as required
• Any other assigned duties from the supervisor.

4. Minimum Requirements
A). A minimum of professional and academic qualifications required to perform effectively in the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related or Social Science field

B). Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role:
• At least 3 years or more of previous experience in Marketing or Accounting, procurement, inventory control, or Administration.
• Previous experience of working with rural communities is desirable but not mandatory
• Knowledge on microfinance, finance, strategy or corporate planning are desirable but not mandatory

A). Internal Customers
• All other teams in Wassha

B). External Customers
• People in underprivileged communities including Wassha agents and lantern end-users
• Partner organisations
• Government organisations
