As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Cargo Sales Team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania as a Senior Cargo Agent. The role includes:
Assisting customer / clients with all information related to booking / forwarding / delivery liaising with local Ground Handling Agents and with Head Office Cargo Department to ensure satisfactory services provided by Qatar Airways
Maintaining a close coordination between QR Space Control and customers by ensuring their shipments are transferred, delivered on time and maximum priority is given to shipments.
Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• Minimum of a High School Qualification
• Working knowledge of DGR, AVI, Temperature Controlled Shipments, IATA and other Cargo related regulations
• Knowledge of cargo sales
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• You must be authorized to work lawfully in Tanzania.
