JOB DESCRIPTION
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
• Assist operational (domestic & international) locations gain accreditation to various PL Quality standards.
• Carry out internal audits & also assist with OEPS Verification Audits.
• Support field operation with problem job analysis and implement changes on SOPs to prevent reoccurrence.
• Requires mid to advanced knowledge of Weatherford and ISO quality requirements.
• Ensure Product Alerts are distributed and acted upon.
• Distribute & ensure knowledge transfer by way of lessons learned and other communications methods.
• Liaise with customer representatives during equipment assembly/load out when needed.
• Attend customer Service Quality Review meetings when needed.
• Ensure CPAR’s are acted upon and closed out in a timely manner.
• Ensures that critical information on technical and safety issues is distributed throughout the team.
• Responsible for the training, competency, development of location staff, ensuring that engineers, operators, workshop, and clerical staff training is identified and undertaken. Keep track of WCAP.
• Provides assistance and guidance in the training of all levels of staff
• Ensures proper documentation practice is carried out Pre & Post Field & Workshop Operational activities.
• Coordinates with assigned engineers and electronic technicians for the management of tool and equipment preventative maintenance, modifications and repairs, and ensures all field and workshop personnel follow preventative maintenance procedures, and ensures that all NCRs are followed up to closure with Root Cause Analyses.
• Implements and ensures compliance to safety process and protocols as directed by the PL and Country Structure, regularly holds / participates in safety meetings, Opportunities for Improvement and the Weatherford Safe Start program
• Any Ad-Hoc Project assigned by the PL Operations Managerr
