JOB DETAILS:
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Report project progress to supervisors
• Develop a work schedule for workers
• Supervise all construction workers
• Be the liason between construction workers and supervisors
• Solve disputes between workers
• Ensure that a project is adequately satsfied
• Ensure that the project is staying under our budget

Applicant should posses the following
• High school diploma,VETA,or other equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 4 years experience in site works supervisory
• Strong technical and mechanical skills
• Experience working with reputable construction companies on similar roles is an added advantage.
• Ability to organise a work schedule
• Ability to solve disputes between workers
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to negotiate
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Perform quality checks on construction equipment.
• Work hours 8
• Working experience 4 years and above
• Women are highly encourage to apply.
