Qualification
• desire to learn - you don't have to be a developer, designer, or project manager to accomplish a good job, but you must be familiar with all areas of software development.
• attention to detail – the devil is in the details so you should be able to spot issues others usually miss
• experience working in a self-driven Agile environment
• you’re comfortable with working on long-term projects & cooperations and not switching projects every day
• Communication skills - Because a large part of your job will entail direct communication with clients and coworkers, you should be a natural communicator.
• Following requirements are not a must-have but will be added advantage in your CV
• Understanding programming any computer language
• Experience in software testing
• Background in computer science, information technology, and related subjects
• Experience in UI / UX design

Your responsibilities
• Document test cases
• Record test progress and results
• Create test plans
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
• Discover bugs within the software
• Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
• Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
• Perform manual and automated testing
• Research and analyze product features being tested
• Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes
• Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
• being able to present your solutions in front of stakeholders and/or a group of colleagues
• proactively communicating with other team members and stakeholders
• continually improving your skills and pushing others to advance their knowledge further
• working in a cross-functional team
• collaborating with UX designers, software engineers, and our business analysts
