JOB DETAILS:
HR World limited on behalf our client in construction Industry, we are looking for a Storekeeper with certificate from National Board of Materials Management and must have construction experience

LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM & TANGA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• To control over all activities in Stores department © To ensure both quality and quantity of materials received from supplier directly to them and make sure inspection is done by material requester.
• To verify material sent to them from HO and send a confirmation in written to HO.
• To maintain proper records, daily stock updating to HO. Must have knowledge on Tally ERP.9 and should Weekly and monthly stock physical verification.
• To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores' items.
• To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes.
• To check the book balances with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by day of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage etc.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Procurement/ Supplies and Materials Management
• 5 years with 3 years' experience working in a construction industry
• Knowledge of LIFO, FIFO rules and understanding of inventory valuation method.
• be having excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
