JOB DETAILS:
Job purpose:
The purpose of this position is to support the supply manager in providing stock, supply, logistics to the business by managing and coordinating these functions for incoming vessels as well as all company depots while minimizing costs and maximize storage revenues for the company.

Responsibilities
• Ensures effective alignment and coordination of the Bulk Procurement ordering process with other key business areas. Meets performance and quality standards with regards to the management and control of fuel supplies and stocks for the company.
• Ensures processes are executed following appropriate control standards and complying with all company policies.
• Optimize storage costs and maximize storage revenues
• Responsible for the supervision of the Bulk Procurement Process ensuring that supply and stocks are managed effectively to avoid over/under stocking, ensuring complying with quality control standards and with all legislative and company policies.
• Manage supply and ordering of fuel stocks in such a way that it ensures maximum revenue and minimum storage costs and losses. Ensure that the supply and stock management plan is focused on delivering optimum supply and maximum revenue while controlling and reducing risk of over stocking.
• Manage localization of Transit Products effectively
• Develop and Put in Place a professional Supply and Storage management plan for the company with Key Performance indicators
• Ensure the accuracy of the information being used to make key decisions.
• Ensures process flow of the individual transactions within the Mass Balance report is smooth and timely. Serves as gatekeeper for other teams to highlight and identify issues that require immediate attention. Review and post all variations identified, reported and justified by Downstream Operation Stock Controller.

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Minimum 2 yrs experience working in the Oil & Gas Sector, with special focus on the management of the Petroleum Supply Chain Operations.
• Qualification in Supply Management in the Oil Industry
• University degree with experience in managing Supply and Storage
• 2 years’ minimum experience in Supply Chain Management business,
• Experience in this field in the Oil Industry is a must
• Background in Trading, Supply and Stock Management would be an advantage
