Job Summarya The Sustainability Manager reports to Agronomy Director, Develop and Manage Sustainability programs and projects for Pyxus Agriculture, Tanzania Limited to ensure grower sustainability of compliant crop. .

What you will do:
• plans, prepares and manages Pyxus Agriculture Agronomy Sustainability Programs.
• Prepares project proposals for Customers and Pyxus Agriculture Tanzania Limited management, based on project required approach and specifications, in corporating project phases and indicative budget on Agricultural Production Trials, Training, Forestry, ALP, Soil samples and Input management,
• STP Management on GMS and Data Validation, GHG Reporting, COP, CPA and TSP.
• Develops and maintains the customer and stakeholder relationships education and on-going communication.
• Monitors SHE, Pyxus International, Inc. and allied policies and regulations to ensure compliance in line with Tanzanian laws and Pyxus International, Inc. SOP's

Who you are and what you've done: Degree in Environmental Science/Management or similar. Master's Degree in Environment and Natural Resources or Sustainability field, with GIS and GPS training will be an added advantage.
