Tender For Supply Of Best Agriculture Practices Equipment For Coffee Plantations Under Framework Contract
1. Introduction
Sustainable Growers Rwanda (SGR) is a local NGO having a goal of improving the livelihoods of low-income women farmers and their families through collective trainings that create the basis for more transparent trade, improved quality, and higher prices in the coffee sector.
In this perspective, Sustainable Growers is looking for potential companies to supply specific agriculture equipment/ tools for coffee plantations to the six cooperatives located in the Mbozi District in Songwe Region – Tanzania (Hasambo, Halungu, Ruanda, Ng’amba, MuunganoHatelele and Malolo).

2. General qualifications and required documents.

Interested companies should meet the following requirements:
1. Having experience of 5 years in performing similar services
2. Providing 3 recommendation letters of similar related services
3. Be among the Agro-dealers certified by the Tanzania Fertilizer Regulatory Authority (TFRA).
4. Having a BRELA registration certificate.
5. Tax clearance certificate issued by TRA.
6. A confirmation that the bidder has an Electronic Fiscal Device (EFD) machine.
