JOB DETAILS:
The Karanga Leather Industries Company Co. Ltd (KLICL) is established as a joint venture company limited between Public Service Social Security Fund (PSSSF) and Tanzania Prisons Service through its company known as Prisons Corporation Sole to undertake development and operate leather Industries in Karanga Area, Moshi Municipality.
The Karanga Leather Industries Company Limited (KLICL) intends to hire qualified, energetic, dynamic and proactive Tanzanians to fill the following position in the organization structure.
10. POSITION: Utilities Supervisor (1 Position) .

Main Areas of Responsibilities
• Ensure availability of all utilities equipment on daily basis by monitoring and analyzing operational data.
• Prepare execution plan for both preventive and corrective maintenance for building and utilities and prepare report after execution.
• Monitor and analyze building and facilities performance in order to identify areas of improvement and develop alternative solutions.
• Monitor all KPIs associated with utility and produce monthly reports including EHS reports. Ensure collection of energy data, analysis and advise improvement to optimize energy usage.
• Supervise the manpower, plan related duties and propose training /skills requirement to improve performance of the team.
• Develop optimal maintenance programs for building and utility, in order to maximize efficiency and reduce cost, while protecting the company’s assets.
• Identify and implement global initiatives and best practices to ensure performance improvement and consistency.
• To perform any other tasks given by the direct Manager.

Qualification and Work Experience
• Holder of Bachelor Degree in Engineering (mechanical/electrical) or its equivalent
• 3 years’ experience in utilities management
