JOB DETAILS:

Job purpose:
The WASH Engineer (Consultant) is responsible for leading the field level project implementation, monitoring, and supervision of WASH infrastructure related activities in three targeted schools and organize WASH facility need assessment and prepare design estimation of other potential schools. She/he maintains a good relationship with schools and district authorities. She/He closely work with other project staff- WASH Behavior Change Communication Coordinator – Field coordination and support consultant and Project technician.

Required Qualifications:
• The candidates should have at least 5 years of similar experience with I/NGOs and government especially in rural Tanzania with graduate in Civil/environmental engineering with focus on WASH. Solid working experience in water supply, sanitation and hygiene particularly on detailed design, estimation, construction supervision and monitoring.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
