Below are key responsibilities.
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Implementing and overseeing security operations.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.
• Assisting with deliveries where required.

Minimum Requirements
• Advance Diploma or Degree in Human Recourse Management, Public Administration,
• Record Management, or related field.
• At least two years’ experience in warehouse management
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Available to work extended hours.
• Demonstrated experience in working independently with minimal supervision
• Fluency in English and Kiswahili with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in facilitation skills in conducting meetings, training, workshops and
• communities
• Proficiency in using Word, Excel, e-mail, and web browser software
