General description of the position:
• Responsible for the efficient operations from receiving orders to the goods be shipped
• Manage transportation activities, Determine and make use of the most efficient, timely and cost effective way of transporting vehicles utilizing all available equipment
• Responsible to see that inventory is received appropriately and efficiently and processed in a timely
• Acts as a coach to warehouse assistant and manage through team members to ensure materials is picked accurately and dispatched on time
• Responsible to inventory audit and cycle counts
• Manages warehouse assistant performance including but not limited to daily working process, attendance, vacation and so on.
• Collaborates with the warehouse managers to communicate forecasted workload to the team and is responsible for daily opening and closing duties
• Enrolls assistant in maintaining a safe work environment through safety program • Submit accurate productivity data reports on a daily basis to the upper management(Inbound,outbound,stock report etc) and documents management( Delivery note, POD etc)

• Must be able to use office software(such as EXCEL ,WORD etc)
• Excellent communication skills
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve problems
• Result-oriented
• Ability to develop and grow others, teamwork spirited
• Adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners,WMS etc) is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to use basic tools and equipment such as forklift
• University diploma or equivalent preferred
• Background in warehouse management
• Preferably men
