North Mara Gold Mine, a fuly owned subsidiary of Twiga Minerals Corporation, which is ultimately owned by Barrick Gold Corporation and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania requests the submission of Tenders from reputable, experienced, certified, and qualified parties to provide the following service:

i. Applicant to submit Environmental
Management
management systems and Safety records
and procedures.
ii.
At least three years demonstrated
experience in executing similar projects.
ii. Applicants to submit Positive references or
completion certificates from previous
clients.
iv. Applicant to submit Key staff resumes,
Certifications or training of qualified
personnel.
v. Applicants to submit organizational
structure, list of experienced personnel,
including drivers with PSV licenses.
vi. Applicants to submit list and specifications
of vehicles. (16000LT Water bowser with
stainless steel tank and 10000LT-
16000LT Honey sucker sewage truck)
vii. Applicant to submit project management
plan/Transportation management strategy.
vii. Applicant to submit audited financial
statements for the last couple years.
. Applicant to submit proof of sufficient
working capital.

Applicant to submit proof of legal
registration and necessary licenses like
Company registration documents and
Relevant industry licenses and
certifications.
xi. Applicants to submit Company profile.
xii. Applicants to submit proof of compliance
with environmental regulations.
xii. Applicants to submit Proof of liability
insurance.
xiv. Local Content Regulations compliance.
xv. HSE policy document.
xvi. Applicants to submit LATRA Registration or
Accreditation.
xvi. Applicant to submit Community
engagement plans.
Expression of interest
If your company meets the pre-qualification criteria and would like to be considered to receive the invitation to
tender (ITT), an expression of interest (EOI) including your company profile and evidence of compliance with
pre-qualificationcriteriamaybesubmittedtonm.proposal@barrick.com
Applicants must quote the tender description(s) and the respective reference no.(s) in the subject line of the email.
NB: The Company reserves the right to invite any other supplier(s) who did not submit an EOl through this
advertisement.
Pre-qualification of any company submitting an “Expression of Interest” shall be at the sole discretion of NMGM.
If you do not hear from us in 21 days after the deadline date, please consider your submission unsuccessful.
