JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Maintaining property in a coffee shop efficiently.
• Collecting and maintaining data on the receipt, storage and distribution of coffee: Managing the handling of the contents of the Warehouse; Receive, inspect coffee quality, then store coffee efficiently.
• Design a system for storing and handling coffee & equipment in the barn (Location index design);
• Perpetual Stock Checking: The calculation and reporting of the value of the warehouse in each warehouse to be able to monthly within the end of the Coffee Season (Seasonal Stock Taking); Supervise the procurement, maintenance and efficient use of warehouse equipment; Advise management on a sustainable product promotion program (Coffee) from farmer to Consumer (From producer up to the end consumer)
• To carry out other activities as directed by his / her supervisor.

Criteria and Experience
• Must have a degree in Business Degree in Supply Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Material Management, from a board-recognized college.
• PSPTB Procurement, supplies Professionals & Technicians Board of Tanzania. Be able to use Kiswahili and English fluently.
• Be able to use the computer in the following programs (Word, Excell, power point, and internet)
• Must have never been prosecuted and charged with a criminal offense
• Must be a citizen of Tanzania
• Must be under 45 years of age
• Have at least 3 years experience
• Experienced in maintaining coffee warehouses is an additional benefit.
