Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a workshop or maintenance environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate between multiple teams.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and workshop operations.
• Financial literacy to assist with budgeting and record-keeping.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with a focus on supporting workshop operations and a collaborative approach with HR.
