JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
The Agronomy Production Manager will oversee agronomy production, ensuring targets for volume and quality are met according to the operational plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop realistic production plans and budgets.
• Ensure regional teams receive timely inputs.
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Report production discrepancies to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
• BSc in Agriculture or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in agriculture and extension work.
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
Reporting:
Based in Tabora, reporting to the Head of Agronomy Operations.
