Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing and leading the Trade Operations team, ensuring efficiency and quality service in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the bank’s trade finance portfolio.
• Manage trade finance transactions like Export/Import Letters of Credit, Documentary Collection, etc.
• Support business units in implementing and optimizing trade finance products.
• Monitor team workflow and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Manage operational risk and implement improvement measures.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Certification in Trade Finance (CITFCPA/CPB) is an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Trade Finance and Banking Operations.
