2 Sales And Marketing Officer

Descriptions;
The Marketing officer must support the Business Development Manager in raising the visibility
of the Company by carrying out an effective marketing and communications plan in order to
attract new clients across the country and publicize the strengths of the security services
provided by the company and promote the profile of the Company as a whole to external
audiences.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Carrying out an effective marketing and Communication plan in order to attract new clients or business across the country and publicize and promote the strength and quality of security services provided by the company.
• Apply customer and market insights combined with creative thinking to define and shape the company proposition to maximize business and relevance within the local market
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness on promotions of business and marketing plans and making recommendations for improvement
• Provide the marketing advice and expertise to internal events leads and director of training and marketing and training
• Identify new methods and channels for promoting security services provided by the company including advertising and always seeking cost effective options
• Liaise with Managers and Clients to understand market requirement and designing and implementing market plans for company services and products
• To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QALIFICATION, EXPERINCE AND SKILSS.
• Holder of Bachelor degree in Marketing (B. Com in Marketing), Business Administration or any other related fields. An applicant must have two or more years’ experience preferably in security industry or any other business industry.
