Position Overview:
Our client, a leading Tanzanian online marketing agency, is renowned for delivering innovative and tailored digital solutions to a diverse range of businesses. With a strong commitment to helping clients enhance their online presence and optimize business operations, the agency is expanding its service offerings to include AI-driven solutions. These new services are designed to automate complex processes, improve decision-making, and boost operational efficiency, providing clients with a competitive edge in the fast-evolving digital landscape. As part of this growth, our client is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking AI Developer to spearhead the development and deployment of advanced AI automation tools. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing AI models that can automate key business functions, delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models to automate and optimize business processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify areas where AI solutions can add value, and tailor AI-driven tools accordingly.
• Build and deploy AI tools such as chatbots, data analytics platforms, and automation workflows to improve client business operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate relevant innovations into client solutions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization for deployed AI tools and systems.
• Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and stakeholders as needed to integrate AI technologies into larger business frameworks.

Required Skills:
• Extensive hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, and AI technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations and workflow automation tools like Zapier.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot development.
• Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) and other business process automation tools.
• Previous experience in marketing automation and generating AI-driven customer insights.
