JOB DETAILS:
Mwananchi Communications Limited is seeking a motivated and highly experienced Circulation Manager to join our team.

This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and supervising sales teams to meet revenue targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead sales teams, review progress, and foster high morale and discipline.
2. Drive revenue and customer satisfaction using value-selling processes.
3. Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
4. Conduct client reviews and accompany sales executives on field trips.
5. Resolve client issues amicably and maintain strong relationships with major brands.
6. Identify and implement innovative direct sales strategies.
7. Generate monthly sales and collection reports.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
2. 3+ years in sales/marketing and 2+ years in management.
3. Strong analytical and communication skills.
