JOB DETAILS:
Key Job Purpose:
• Take ownership of the business’s sales performance, market promotions/events, and lead the commercial agenda to deliver sales volume and category targets.
• Ensure commercial target achievements, customer service delivery, and local accounts management.
• Provide market intelligence reports on competition movements and strategies.
• Optimize resources and cross-functionalities for maximum results.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
• Ensure target achievement of all goals and volume budgets.
• Make analytical and insights-led decisions.
• Create new opportunities and align with the Chief Commercial Officer for support.

Customer:
• Plan, organize, coordinate, control, and execute core responsibilities (sales, account management, and coaching).
• Track customer sales and take corrective actions to understand customer needs, market, and industry trends.
• Maintain customer and market historical data.

Resources, Records & Presentations:
• Identify, allocate, track, and evaluate resources to maximize sales.
• Review and analyze available and collected data.
• Provide feedback, make presentations, and enable corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (preferred) in a relevant business discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar commercial role.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent sales forecasting, brand strategy, and promotional planning skills.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and operational costs.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and drive team performance.
• Passionate about customer relationship management and market innovations.
