JOB DETAILS:

Duties
• Build, train l, Manage and motivate the team of distributors across rural areas to deliver.
• Ensure the sales growth and control the level attrition
• Prepare and updating regular report for Field activities for decision making and business improvement
• Attend clients complains propose immediate ways to resolve
• Maintain organisation properties and reputations among her clients.

Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma education in any related field. (Sales and marketing is preferred)
• Results focused person
• At least one years’ experience in direct sales and managing teams.
• Good communicators
• Willing for field travel for 60% of his/ her job
• Mult-tasker
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to use Ms Office preferred google suite.
• Females candidate are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred candidates that lives in Dodoma.
