We strive to deliver an unforgettable experience to all our visitors, and we’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Guest Relations Officer to join our team and help elevate the experience for our valued guests.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking for a friendly and enthusiastic Guest Relations Officer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our visitors have an unforgettable experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Welcome and assist guests as they enter the park.
2. Provide detailed information about the park’s attractions, safety measures, rules, and regulations.
3. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
4. Monitor guest feedback and communicate trends or recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
5. Assist in organizing events, promotions, and group bookings to ensure a memorable experience for guests.
6. Perform any other tasks as needed to ensure excellent guest relations and park operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Excellent communication skills (English and Swahili preferred).
2. Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
3. Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
5. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
