Job Description
1. Act as technical advisor of lifting service
2. Promote sate lifting operation referring HSE police and international standard
3. Manage lifting cargo personnel
4. Insures the promotion / implantation of LMS and safe culture on site
5. Participates in the definitions of the LMS and participates in the internal audits by Competent Persons for Lifting Operations – CPLO
6. Anomaly reporting, critical lift reporting to CPLO

Activities

1. Provide expertise in daily lifting activities including: Categorization of lifts
2. Risk assessment and hazard identification
3. Assist CPLO in technical review of lifting operations A. Selection of equipment for lifting operations
4. Performance of toolbox talks
5. Post-job debriefs
6. Assessment of completed jobs
7. Periodic review of generic lift plans
8. Promote safe lifting operation referring HSE police and international standard, review engineering calculation for complex and complicated lifts
9. Review complicated and complex lift plan and attend the lifts
10. Perform condition check and fitness for purpose on lifting appliances, Cargo Carrying Units – CCUs, and evaluate their utilization on site
11. To be involved in plans internal audits of the lifting operations, participates in lifting operations incident investigation and analyses.

Accountability

1. Assess, analyse, plan and adjust lifting operations on site regarding Procedure and Local Rules
2. To advice to all Contractors objectives and expectations for HSE, accountability and performance for lifting Activity
3. Maintain systematic and methodological approach to lifting Operations, assist to CPLO with establish reliable system of documentation, processes and personnel competence assurance;
4. Ensure flawless operation of lifting and continuous improvement on site Qualification and Experience
5. Minimum 3 years in the lifting industry at supervisory level
6. Technical Engineer and/or Industry related qualifications such as LEEA.
7. Broad and extensive knowledge in lifting equipment & operations
8. Working to International Standards such as: BS, Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations – LOLER, etc.
9. Experienced in Oil & Gas Industry – advantage
10. Worked in onshore & offshore operations
11. Have working profile such as: Slinger/Rigger * Slinger/Rigger Foreman * Slinger/Rigging Supervisor * Lifting Supervisor * Lifting Superintendent
12. Risk assessment in a relation to health, safety & environment
13. Supervision of critical lifts
14. Planning of critical and non-critical lifts
15. Experience in training and coaching is preferred

Job Brief
1. Compliance Data Administrator will conduct data input to Borealis Data platform, up to date system with obligations, actions, inspection result.
2. Distribute report to key stakeholders with overall compliance areas etc Responsibilities:
3. Uploading of legal type of requirements into Borealis data platform.
4. Collect checklist from all data providers and synchronize status with system on regular basis.
5. Ensure corrective action was developed promptly for non-compliance items, monitor progress, timely close, collect record and report
6. Conduct regular gap analysis obligation data to ensure no missing items left
7. Collect and maintain different type of data, reports, plans, permits, licenses in department storage or project tool(aconex, etc.) per criteria provided.
8. Liaise with all project area leads to develop reporting dashboards, widgets and customize them for every project area
9. Maintain the overall tracking of the obligation and follow up inspection, actions, records related to project scope
10. Issue status reports to project team per project area in accordance with instructions from delivery manager
11. Provide training for new users of Borealis
12. Regularly check system functionalities work performance, take necessary actions to rectify revealed deficiencies and report to RC Lead or IT team
13. Conduct and participate in all meetings on subject relating to potential non-compliance, compliance reports, expedite implementation of corrective actions, implementation of the obligation.

Qualifications /Experience
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis role in oil and gas projects, mining or general construction areas.
2. Advance IT skills, including Excel, Word, previous data software experience is plus
3. Excellent presentation and documentation skill to explain and resolve effectively on technical issue to project team within the project.
4. Highly motivated individual who is capable of working independently and participating within a high-profile international team.
