JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To arrange drugs according to their classes.
• To dispense medicines and drugs.
• To maintain drugs store/inventory and carry out drugs stock taking
• To check prescriptions and advise patients on proper use of medicines.
• To initiate procurement of medicines and other pharmaceutical products.
• To maintain records of medicines purchased and dispensed.
• To provide inputs for preparation of reports.
• To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Holder of Ordinary Diploma in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences or its equivalent from a recognized institution with at least upper second class.
• Must be registered by Pharmacy Council of Tanzania.
• Candidate must have three years of relevant post-qualification working experience.
