RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE
• Reviews and/or prepares complex bank reconciliations and ensures reconciling items are communicated and resolved timely.
• Builds and maintains strong internal working relationships across different countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Resolves or escalates challenges through established proper channels.
• Routinely reviews and updates process documentation to ensure they are current.
• Provides recommendations to improve information flow, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures programmatic commitments, TNC policies and procedures, financial standards, and legal requirements are met and managed for compliance.
• Participates in projects.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.
• Non-profit accounting experience.
• May require technical expertise on complex accounting/financial issues.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience preparing and reviewing moderately complex bank reconciliations.
• Experience with accounting/financial issues and analysis.
• Experience using accounting and financial reporting systems, such as Agresso Business World (ABW) or Workday.
• Technical experience with spreadsheet programs, general ledger reports, and financial management tools.
• Experience with GAAP and fund accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
