JOB DETAILS:
An outstanding position has risen for a treasurer and cashier officer to join a team of professional in Oil Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing regular financial account reports and information on daily bases.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Issue receipt for payments received by the company.
  
• Bank all monies received in company bank accounts
  
• Prepare daily cash report
  
• Maintaining and monitoring petty cash float at approved level
  
• Preparation of payment vouchers for all bank accounts
  
• Ensure proper approvals are obtained for all payments made
  
• Advise the right payee recipients when sending payments
  
• Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for recording of fixed assets
  
• Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets
  
• Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed
  
• Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.
  Conduct periodic impairment reviews for intangible and physical assets
  
• Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets and assist the auditors in their inquiries
  
• Perform any other related duties as assigned may be assigned by the Supervisor
