Ready to fuel business growth? As Zonal Business Support, you’ll drive branch success by supporting sales, onboarding new customers, and expanding digital platforms. You’ll analyze market trends, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to boost profitability across the Northern Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review branch performance through data analysis and present findings to Zone leadership.
• Support digital channel growth (e.g., Internet Banking, Sim Banking).
• Coordinate budget planning and business forecasting
• Organize campaigns and roadshows to promote bank products.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
• Courses in business analytics/data management are an advantage.
• At least 3 years in branch operations with strong analytical and presentation skills.
