Job Description:
The Branch Manager will oversee all branch operations, ensuring that the branch meets its financial targets, delivers exceptional customer service, and complies with banking policies. You will manage branch staff, ensure operational efficiency, and ensure that customer needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all branch operations and staff.
• Drive the branch’s financial performance and meet set targets.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
• Comply with all banking policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
• University degree in Business Administration, Banking, or related fields.
• 5-8 years of experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
