JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collecting information on new places with tourist attractions in collaboration with all stakeholders;
• Issuing tourism licenses for hotels and tourism agencies;
• Collecting and keeping statistics of tourists and tourist trips;
• Finding and organizing tourism study opportunities in the country and abroad;
• Responding to complaints from tourists;
• To provide professional advice to stakeholders in the operation of the tourism business;
• Preparing various inspections of the tourism Agency;
• Analyzing projects of tourism agencies and hotels;
• Inspecting hotels, lodges and restaurants;
• xxResponding and monitoring complaints brought by tourists;
• Collecting tourist statistics at the points/stations in the country for the entry and exit of visitors;
• Maintaining Archives of books/files of the Tourism Library;
• Collecting monthly information on the statistics of tourists who entered the country and the income earned;
• Conducting a small survey (Survey) on National Parks and independent development to find the full number of Hotels or Lodges that provide services to tourists;
• To closely monitor and communicate with VETA on the development of colleges that provide tourism training in the country;
• To coordinate all projects related to the provision of tourism training;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports;
• To closely monitor the development of the Sector by conducting a survey;
• Calling meetings of the Tourism Facilitation Committee;
• Preparing reports and distributing them to delegates and implementing resolutions;
• Through the guidelines regarding "Tourism Facilitation Committee;
• Coordinating activities to design tourism attractions and new trends to develop tourism;
• Preparing and reviewing tourism attractions in the country;
• Convening awareness meetings/seminars about tourism development;
• Participating in reviewing EIA reports on tourism projects;
• Collaborating with various organizations/environmental institutions in activities related to tourism and the environment; and
• Gathering operational resources from internal and external sources.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Employed with a Bachelor's/Diploma in one of the fields of Tourism or Hotels from colleges recognized by the Government.
