JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview: We are looking for two dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executives to join our finance team. The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, experience with Tally and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to handle a range of accounting functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of Tally & Microsoft Excel: Utilize Tally for accounting entries and Microsoft Excel for various financial analyses and reporting.
• Posting: Handle daily postings of financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Statutory Payments: Manage statutory payments, ensuring compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.
• Receivables/Debtors: Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Reports Processing: Prepare and process various financial reports as required by management.
• Other Accounting Functions: Assist with other normal accounting functions as needed, including payroll processing, expense tracking, and financial audits.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience of 4 years as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with posting, statutory payments, receivables/debtors’ management, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
