BUSOLWA MINING LIMITED is a private owned company with certificate registration No. 104147 incorporated on 27th November, 2013 under the companies Ordinance Cap 212, of the laws of Tanzania, and conducting its operation at Geita and Mwanza. Busolwa Mining Limited is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced highly motivated candidates to fill the positions listed below to work at Buhunda Project Misungwi-Mwanza as follows:
Excavator Operators (Multi skills)- (3 Posts)
Qualifications
Job Titles
• Earthmoving Plant Operator (General)
• Backhoe Operator
• Excavator Operator

Duties & Tasks
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
• Preparing and positioning plant for operation on site.
• Operate the machine and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Selecting, fitting and removing attachments such as buckets, scoops, shovel blades, rock breaking hammers, winches and blades.
• Operating controls to excavate, break, drill, level, compact, gouge out, move, load and spread earth, rock, rubble, soil and other materials. Working from drawings, markers and verbal instructions. Servicing, lubricating, cleaning and refueling plant and performing minor adjustments and repairs.

Skills Required
• Typically, 3 to 5 years' experience within the construction industry.
• 2 to 3 years' experience operating an Excavator and other machines Full Drivers License » Heavy Rigid License (beneficial if you want to hop into a vehicle on site with 3 or more axles).
• Knowledge of Excavator and other heavy equipment.
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent hand, eye and foot coordination
• Attention to detail.
