JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• Search for references / documents / files required by readers;
• Receipt control, Registration of Records / documents;
• Analyze, list and organize records / documents in groups according to the relevant subject;
• Keeping / arranging records / documents in archives;
• Addressing requests for records / documents from the Ministry and its Institutions;
• Search for references / documents required by readers;
• Repairing damaged records; and
• Keeping / arranging records / documents in archives.
Qualification and Experience
• Recruitment of Form Four or Six graduates with a Certificate in Record Keeping in one of the Registry disciplines.
Job Experience: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
