JOB DETAILS:
Gaini Company Limited (GCL) is among the leading Building Material and Hardware items sellers in Lake Zone, Dodoma and Dar Es Salaam regions. The company is now expanding to Southern Highlands and Northern Zone and eyes to be the most preferred building materials and hardware sellers in Tanzania.

GCL is looking for Four (4) energetic focused and talented Sales Officers to join the Sales department team in Mwanza, Dodoma and Dar Es Salaam Offices.

Employment Condition: Full Time
Location: Mwanza (2), Dar Es Salaam (1), Dodoma (1)

Requirements:
• Minimum DEGREE in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources and any business related Course.
• Must be customer oriented.
• Have a focus in sales and marketing.
• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Good MS Excel and Word Skills.
• Knowledge in accounting packages will be added advantage.
• Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience from a company dealing with building materials, general merchandise and hardware business.
• Be a target oriented person.

Job Description:
• Manage customer sales expectations.
• Calling all customers attended by the company on a daily basis to assess their difficulties
& customer service experience.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales and customer satisfaction and reconciliation report.
• Make sure all customers are satisfied and offer after sales customer service.
• Advice management on any sales, marketing and customer service issues.
• Reconcile all that has been actually purchased by customer from company and all that has been received at customer end.
• Any duty that might be assigned by company to under carry
