JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide veterinary health services;
• Conducting veterinary diagnostics in his workplace in accordance with the law;
• Develop and manage plans to prevent, control and eradicate livestock diseases in its area;
• Managing animal rights;
• Participate in wildlife disease research in its area;
• Managing and coordinating compliance with the Diseases and Laws of Diseases, inspection of livestock and animal products and livestock inputs
• Coordinate and supervise the operation of abattoir hygiene and meat inspection in its area of operation;
• Preparing a veterinary health report in his workplace; and
• Do to perform any other duties of his or her profession which shall be assigned to him or her by his or her supervisor.

Qualification and Experience
• Employed with a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine from Sokoine Agricultural University (SUA) or from another Government Recognized College who are registered with the Tanzania Veterinary Council
