JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities will include
1. To control imports, export and transit goods.
2. To carry out documentary verification.
3. To prepare enquiries and offence files.
4. To assess and value goods.
5. To release goods after payment of duties.
6. To prepare various returns for Customs & Excise.
7. To prepare Management reports (various).
8. To conduct physical verification of goods.
9. To perform anti- smuggling patrols.
10. To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualification Required:
Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in one of the following fields; Taxation, Customs, Accountancy, Finance, Public Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institution/University.

Preferred Language Skill :
Swahili and English
