JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i.Preparing plans and estimates of construction costs and tenders (bill of quantities);
ii. Review and evaluate the work of various ongoing projects for payment;
iii. Collecting data on prices of construction materials for various projects;
iv. Preparing and evaluating additional work costs as they arise (Valuation of Variations);
v. Preparing project resources; and
vi. Perform other duties assigned by his/her supervisor according to his/her cadre.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
To be employed with a Degree/Higher Diploma in one of the following fields; Construction Management, Building Survey, Building Economics, Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or other equivalent qualifications from Government recognized Institutions. Must be registered as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (AQRB).
